We will be using an ONLINE CHECK-IN form this year. NO in person check-in.

Please fill it out and upload you official roster and any guest player forms you need by October 28, 2024 We will then return the STAMPED APPROVED Roster for you to print and bring to your games.
Each year FC Mesquite looks forward to hosting our Hero’s Cup Tournament. We have welcomed teams from all across the Western States and made many friends along the way. We are excited to be able to host this year's tournament.

Each Team Guaranteed minimum of 3 games

Eligibility: USYS Affiliated Teams Ages U9 - U19 Teams
- U13 - U19 ( 11v11 ) Maximum eighteen (18) players. Maximum of five (5) guest players.
- U11 - U12 ( 9v9 ) Maximum of fifteen (15) players. Maximum of four (4) guest players.
- U9 - U10 ( 7v7 ) Maximum of twelve (12) players. Maximum of four (4) guest players.
RISK FREE REGISTRATION: Due to the uncertainty surrounding teams and brackets we will delay the final acceptance process and charging of payment until near the end of the registration window. Once a team application is accepted their credit card will be charged and any refund requests will be subject to approval by the Tournament Director based on the refund policy below.
Drop out policy:
Teams that choose to drop out of the Hero's Cup will be subject to the following refund policy:
- Any processing fees will not be refunded no matter the timing of the drop.
- Drop Before Registration closes - Refund of Team Registration minus $50 administrative fee.
- Drop Before Bracketing - 50% Refund of Team Registration
- Drop After Bracketing - No Refund
- Notification may be sent to other Tournament Directors, about any team who drops out at the last minute
Selection:
Tournament Board reserves the right to accept or reject applications to provide the best level of play and balance of teams to the tournament. A first received, first reserved space will be followed unless the board deems it necessary to accept another team based upon the above conditions.
Hero's Cup is a 1st come 1st serve tournament. Field space is limited
*We cannot guarantee level of play for every age group,
We will do our best to try to accommodate similar levels of
play when bracketing but this is not guaranteed , especially
in the age groups where younger teams have no records or
standings.
Requested levels of play are just that: REQUESTED , NOT
Guaranteed.
Attempts will be made to accommodate teams that are traveling from distance, but team requested game start times are not guaranteed.
Format:
All teams are guaranteed three games with the possibility of the two top teams in the age division playing a Championship game.
No Double Rostering Permitted.
Awards:
First and Second place will be awarded in each division.
